Mr. Badal is Vice President (Sales & Marketing) and is responsible for the strategic definition and execution of the sales and marketing of the company. In this role she scaled the company from start-up to a successful fastest growing company in 3 years. In this capacity, he was charged with aligning the company's business plan and products and business strategy to business results.

Prior to Join the Daraad Group, he serves as the marketing state head and leads in Vectus India for Bihar & Jharkhand.
